Train Cancellation, Refund, and Booking Changes Policy

You have up to two hours before your train departure to make changes to your reservation, including adding extra seats, switching seats, or requesting an upgrade. If you change the date, destination, or time, your ticket will be reissued. You also have the option to cancel your reservation.

Receipt of Refund

You will receive a refund if your ticket is canceled, in accordance with the 'Cancellations & Refunds' policy of the relevant train service.
